• November 1st - 3 to 5 PM (Still open)

• November 8th - 1 to 3 PM (Still open)

Important Registration Requirements

Once paid, the club will contact you within 2-3 business days to complete and provide the appropriate form:

• Players registered with another club must obtain an approved Trial/Tryout Permit Application (TPA).

• Unregistered players must complete a Short-Term Registration Permit (STRP).

• Players last registered outside Canada must complete an International Trialist Permit Form (ITPF).
  

All required permits must be completed and approved prior to participation.
