Alan Koch is back as Guelph United Men’s Head Coach for 2027 season

Alan Koch is returning to Guelph United for 2027.

After successfully guiding the club to OPL2 safety with 10 matches remaining in the 2026 season, the University of Guelph Men's Coach will lead the GUFC Men's Program into a new chapter.

A highly respected coach with extensive professional and high-performance coaching experience, Alan is the right person to help drive our ambitions forward. Coupled with his growing connection to our club and community, his leadership will be instrumental as we continue to build for the future.

Alan Koch’s managerial career has seen him be the head coach of MLS side FC Cincinnati, CPL side FC Edmonton, and USL side Colorado Spring Switchbacks, among others.

We’re thrilled to have Alan back for 2027, and we're excited for what's ahead.
