Guelph United re-signs Hannah Neville for 2026 season

Another important player from our 2025 squad that finished in 4th place of L1O’s Premier Division is back for the new, now rebranded, OPL 1 season.

Today, we’re happy to announce we re-signed midfielder Hannah Neville for 2026.

Hannah hails from Paradise, NL, and joined us last year on the heels of an amazing U Sports season with Nipissing University, in which she was named the OUA East Rookie of the Year, and also won the Laura Breen Award for the NLSA Female Player of the Year.

She quickly became an important member of Guelph United as well, appearing in 16 games over the course of the 2025 season. She followed the League1 campaign with another excellent U Sports season for Nipissing, playing in 14 games and bagging 3 goals and 4 assists in her second university year.

Hannah continues the string of 2025 GUFC players re-signing with our women’s team, with a majority of last year’s core already confirmed to be back for the new campaign. Stay tuned to our website and social media as we continue to announce our 2026 rosters!
