Guelph United signs American keeper Michael Bittner Mcpherson

Guelph United is pleased to announce we have signed American goalkeeper Michael Bittner Mcpherson to a contract for the 2024 season.

Originally from Biscayne Park, Florida, Michael has played his collegiate soccer for the NSU Sharks, in the second division of NCAA. He has also featured as a member of Miami FC’s academy.

We are pleased to welcome Michael into the United family.  Michael joins us with a very high level playing pedigree and we look forward to his introduction into the squad and the quality he brings in goal”, says Justin Springer, Guelph United’s head coach.

I am extremely blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to sign for Guelph United. Joining this esteemed team fills me with immense excitement and anticipation for the journey ahead of experiencing the world of Canadian soccer. I am eager to contribute my work ethic, commitment, and dedication to help the club’s success. I can’t wait to start this next chapter of my career in Guelph colors!
